Bloom Gift Co.’s current store policy states that returns may be accepted within 14 days for gift boxes that are not personalized or custom made. Return eligibility and instructions are confirmed through the store for each order.

Because many Bloom gifts are personalized or custom made, they may not be eligible for return. Please contact hello@bloomgiftco.com before sending an item back.
